Machine Data Collected From CNC Directly - Synchronized with MACHPRO Machining Data

IntelCut seamlessly integrates data collected directly from CNC machines with the sophisticated MACHPRO machining data, ensuring real-time synchronization and accuracy. By capturing critical metrics such as axes positions and velocities, axes tracking errors, motor current/torque for both axes and spindle, and spindle power load, IntelCut offers a comprehensive view of machine performance. This synchronized data collection allows for detailed analysis and optimized decision-making processes, ensuring that manufacturers can maintain high precision and efficiency in their machining operations

Intelligent Machining Functions

IntelCut leverages advanced intelligent machining functions to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce downtime. Key features include tool breakage detection, chatter detection with adaptive spindle speed adjustments, and adaptive control capabilities. The system utilizes cutting torque predictions from spindle motor current data through a Kalman Filter and measures the Frequency Response Function (FRF) of spindle and feed drives to optimize machine settings. Furthermore, IntelCut continuously learns and refines CNC motion trajectories, ensuring that machining operations are as smooth and efficient as possible

Analog Sensor Data

IntelCut supports extensive analog sensor data acquisition, crucial for comprehensive machine monitoring. Sensors can capture vital data on vibrations, force, and temperature, which are then filtered and analyzed in both time-domain and frequency-domain (FFT) plots. This data is synchronized with MACHPRO machining data to provide a holistic view of machine conditions. By integrating analog sensor data, IntelCut allows for real-time monitoring and diagnostics, helping to preemptively address issues before they lead to significant downtime or damage
